Our team is growing. We want to proudly introduce you to our latest member Rasmeet Charya – Head of Product Innovation at Ruby Datum (Ex-Chief Innovation Officer, Partner, Strategic Advisor and Founder).
“I have known Nick for several years now and keenly followed the growth and development of Ruby Datum as a world-class, secure, reliable and sustainable virtual data room solution that is changing the way data rooms will be used in future,” said Rasmeet Charya.

Rasmeet is a dual-qualified UK and India attorney with over 21- years of collective litigation, ALSP, legal and corporate compliance experience in private practice as well as in-house roles. In her most recent role as a Chief Innovation Officer (CIO), Rasmeet was instrumental in defining and implementing the legal tech and innovation roadmap, strategy, and architecture for the law firm, created and conducted India’s first pro-bono legal innovation and tech credit course for the law students at one of the top National Law University in India to usher tech transformation and contribute to the new emerging tech driven legal ecosystem.

Rasmeet carries a strong passion about bringing change first followed by innovation and tech into the legal space to make the legal services accessible to all, and to create client-centric solutions. She believes in the power of community building, knowledge sharing and collaboration as it benefits all.

We feel this to be true, as Rasmeet loves to connect and build long term relationships, has been a speaker at various forums, recognised among the Top 10 CIOs in India (2021) and 30 Women Legal Innovators in Asia to follow in 2022 and is a part of various industry forums and consortiums.
Outside of law, she is the mum to a 26-year-old young professional, her husband is dedicated to service to humanity and they both volunteer with a non-profit providing food and medication to the poor, sick and homeless in Delhi, India.
