2019 End Of Year Updates

As we enter 2020, we take a look at the final updates to Ruby Datum for 2019. We also would like to take this opportunity to wish you a very successful 2020 and a happy new year.
- Added global ‘breached password’ detection, automatically flagging to a user if their password has been identified in any of the global breaches that have occurred over the past few years (e.g. LinkedIn, Dropbox breaches)
- Redesigned ‘bulk permissions’ page to provide much clearer understanding of different permissions that can be set
- Optimised upload scripts for faster drag/drop upload speeds
- Graphical ‘wizard’ for new sites, guiding user to key ‘site setup’ actions
- Message/notification improvements with clearer messages and added “call to action” buttons for easier navigation
- Added ability to filter by email address from/to in addition to keyword search, allowing easier searching through emails
- Show message to users using outdated, unsupported browsers such as Internet Explorer
- Improved alphanumeric sorting, particularly with roman numerals
- “Hover over” tooltip when adding a user and selecting group, to see a sample of other users already in that group
- Ability to add new group from “add user” and “bulk permissions”
- Changed tick/cross to yes/no text in column views, to avoid any potential confusion
- Various minor user experience updates and bug fixes
