Introducing Excel Import For Due Diligence Checklists and Questions & Answers

We are pleased to introduce a feature that enables due diligence checklists, or questions and answers to be imported in bulk into the Virtual Data Room from Excel.
Simply upload the file, and select which fields you want to map to which columns on the Excel file. We will auto-detect some of these for you. Custom fields for both text areas, and item lists (checkbox or select items) support this feature. Numbering is also detected, and indenting automatically applied. See this video for more:
